Tips To Crack IBPS SO AFO (Agriculture Field Officer) Interview 2017-18

TIPS FOR HOW TO CRACK THE IBPS SO AFO PERSONAL INTERVIEW ROUND:

1.Body language + First impression: These two factors are very important which is noticed by every interviewer, so being in the right mindset before meeting them can help you to figure out the things in a right way.

Interviews do play a major role in how an interviewer perceives you as a candidate. What you say during the interview can make a big difference in your final results, in a good way or in a bad way. Many of you must be wondering what's the best way to present yourself in front of the interviewers at IBPS SO AFO Interview. 

2.Revise & update your knowledge:  Revise the current affairs of the last three months and also don’t forget to update your knowledge on what is happening around or what has happened in the last few months.

3. Do not try to Argue: on any topic with the interviewer and feel free to say no if you do not know the answers rather giving them a lame excuse.

4.Practical Field knowledge: As you know that after your final selection you are going to join as a field officer, so make sure that you have proper practical field knowledge as an agriculturist. 

5. Be proficient with your CV: You should be well versed with what is mention in your biodata/CV i.e educational qualification, family background, and professional experience (if any).

6. Reach before the time: Reach before the time at the mentioned venue this will remove all your fears and will make you aware of your surroundings in advance.

7. Brush up the important facts: Brush up all the important facts about banking and agriculture especially the ones that have been in the news for a while.

8.  Don’t try to guess the answers:  If you do not know an answer, genuinely say "Sorry sir/mam. I don’t know” Or “I have no idea about it, sir".

Don’t try to answer something you don’t think of some random answers. It will only complicate the situation.

9. Be very confident:

Confidence is an underrated Quality
